Quality improvement tools for reception staff
Audience: general practice reception staff and practice managers.
Guest Speaker: Matthias Merzenich – Pen CS
The event will include:
- Getting ready for PIP QI
- Demonstrate how to easily identify missing patient demographic information
- Using CAT4 to identify missing information for accreditation standards
- How to effectively integrate My Health Record
- Confidently identify gaps in patient billing
- Opportunity to work with fellow peers on QI strategies within General Practice
Time: Registration opens 5:45pm for 6pm start
Finishes: 8:30pm (catering will be provided)
RSVP: Friday 7th June 2019 for catering purposes
